Christmas Return Schedule
Any orders placed from 1st November - 23rd December will benefit from our extended returns policy. These items do not need to be returned until 14th January
Returning items is easy, simply:
- Complete the returns form in with your order
- Create you label by visiting http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1734
- Print out your label and drop the parcel off at your local Post Office when it suits you
- Don't forget to get a proof of postage from the Post Office.
Please note the retailers name will be Arthur Cameron Ltd.
Important Returns Information
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in an unused condition.
Please either reuse the postal bag or box, or send back in an alternative postal bag or box.
Returns/exchanges must be returned in their original undamaged/unmarked packaging. If not returned in the original condition you will be charged a re-boxing fee which will be deducted from any amount refundable.
Re-boxing fee is £5.00.
Any Orders heavier than 20kg or larger than 61x46x46cm will have to be collected separately. Please call us on 01453 842493 if this is the case. You will need to enter all the information asked in order for the label to be downloaded
What if I don't have a printer?
Not to worry, after you create your returns label on the Royal Mail website, you will receive an email containing a QR code. Simply show this code to your local post office using your mobile phone and they be able to print the label out for you.
